Bluetooth: Controller: Fix BT_CTLR_SW_SWITCH_SINGLE_TIMER feature 



Fix BT_CTLR_SW_SWITCH_SINGLE_TIMER to correctly disable the
PPI group used to switch radio Tx/Rx. The issue was
uncovered when adding coverage in BabbleSim test.
