tests: usb: desc_sections: raise the description span to 201

Raise the descriptor table span to 201 due to the inclusion of the USB
configuration descriptor.

Tested with:
$ west build -p -b it82xx2_evb tests/subsys/usb/desc_sections
  -T usb.desc_sections
