dts: arm: atmel: samr34: move sercom4 pinctrl to soc dts level 



The SERCOM4 is hardwired to PB30/31, PC18/19 internally for the LoRa
radio. Move the pinctrl entries to SoC dts level. The same applies for
samr35.
