cmake: define ZEPHYR_TOOLCHAIN_PATH 



Other toolchains uses <toolchain>_TOOLCHAIN_PATH, align Zephyr SDK
by setting ZEPHYR_TOOLCHAIN_PATH to be identical to the
ZEPHYR_SDK_INSTALL_DIR.
