Bluetooth: Host: Clear settings CF instead of CCC

`bt_gatt_clear_cf` was calling `bt_settings_delete_ccc` instead of
`bt_settings_delete_cf`. This was causing some settings to be left over.

Fix the issue by using the correct function.
