arm: stm32f411e_disco: add missing dt nodes and add board revs 



Add dts nodes for onboard devices that have drivers in zerphyr src
- Add PWM for all leds
- Add LSM303AGR sensor node
- Add LSM303DLHC node for PCB rev B
- Create PCB rev B overlay and make PCB rev D default.
