boards: x86: ehl_crb: Remove unnecessary Bluetooth references

The bt-uart, uart-pipe and bt-mon-uart DT chosen values are all
Bluetooth specific. Since Bluetooth isn't supported on the ehl_crb
board currently just remove these.
