bluetooth: mesh: update BT_MESH_USES_MBEDTLS_PSA selected symbols

Instead of selecting legacy MBEDTLS symbols, use corresponding
PSA_WANT ones when possible (note: some legacy symbols do not
have a PSA correspondance).
