boards: nucleo_l053r8: add clock ticks 



Add CONFIG_SYS_CLOCK_TICKS_PER_SEC=1000 to nucleo_l053r8_defconfig.
All STM32 boards seem to have this defined.
Makes samples with ksleep work properly.
