-- Changed processing stream class data structure: FuncCallsClass:fcalls being a property of ProcInputClass to a property of ProcStreamClass. The previous way was incoherent and created design issues. This change clarifies the design. Needed for adding derived parameters such as tInc, stim and MeasListAct to TreeNodeClass processing elements.
-- Added menu option Files-->Reset Group Folder and renamed menu options  Files-->Change Directory to Files-->Change Group Folder and Tools-->Set Stimulus to Tools-->Edit Stimulus.
