-- Defined default behavior for choosing processing level. Implemented function which defined rules for which currElem is chosen in response to various combinations of listboxFiles and proc-level radiobuttons selections. Set new GUI proc level state based on current GUI selections of listboxFiles (iGroup, iSubj, iRun) and proc level radio buttons (procType). TBD: Set automatic overrides of these rules based on the availability of plot data.
