-- Changed stims for each TreeNodeClass object to all have the same conditions. this is in preparation for getting rid of confusing and hard to use tables CondName2Group, CondName2Run and CondName2Subj.

-- This breaks the ability of homer3 to handle nirs-style proc stream with .snirf files which might not be that important. Homer3 can still handles (load and processes)  .nirs files with nirs-style proc stream and ofcourse snirf-style proc stream with .snirf files.
