-- Added usage name and function call str to tooltip help in ProcStreamOptionsGUI to give user not just function name but also the usage and function call info. TBD: this does not yet work when proc stream is changed or loaded from config file. Have to make it work for this case.
-- Added automatic modification of AppSettings.cfg to unit testing so that user doesn't have to do this manually. Unit tests automatically changes AppSettings.cfg back to the original after unit test finishes.
