v1.12.4.2 

-- Step 2 in effort to clean up and simplify main GUI: a) Rename GuiMain to MainGUI and move and Homer3 GUI to MainGUI. b) rename all other GUI related folders to have a GUI suffix. c) Delete unused/unnecessary files from MainGUI.
-- Update spec to reflect current design and remove ambiguous or unclear slides.
