-- Related to last commit - Fix matlab error found by Xinge when adding new stim to new condition - when there are no condition the hmrR_BlockAvg should exit producing empty matrix, thus keeping the HRF checkbox in main gui grayed out (before it would misleadingly be ungrayed and produce a matrix of all NaNs)
