Change 1 core to 8 cores. With 2g/c this results in 16 gb of RAM being...

Change 1 core to 8 cores. With 2g/c this results in 16 gb of RAM being requested, matching the parallel count and requested memory buffer of the sort commands (8 threads, 14gb.) This should both speed up the sorts and prevent Slurm from killing the job for going over memory.
