dt-bindings: arm: amlogic: add X96-AIR bindings 



Add the board bindings for the Amediatech X96-AIR STB which ships in
two variants distinguished by RAM size which corresponds to internal
(2GB) vs. external (4GB) Ethernet PHY configuration.
