Socktest: Fixing bugs

Changes:
  - Remove -R command line option (it's automatic, system dependent)
  - Fix mixing of broadcast and binding
  - Add -c command line option for count of packet
  - Fix receiving broadcast
  - Scan all interfaces via device protocol (unfortunately it is ugly)
