ext: lib: crypto: Extend mbedTLS generic config 



Extend generic mbedTLS config with entries needed by OpenThread:
* MBEDTLS_CMAC_C
* MBEDTLS_ENTROPY_C
* MBEDTLS_SSL_EXPORT_KEYS
* MBEDTLS_SHA256_SMALLER
