boards: stm32l562e_dk: Avoid GPIO pinctrl for non secure target

After TZ is enabled, the GPIO peripherals are secured and are
not accessible from non secure world.
This commit prevents the GPIO pinctrl from the non secure target
for stm32l562e_dk board.
