Openthread upmerge to `6d55738`. Includes implementing of:
- `OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_RADIO_STATS_ENABLE`
- `OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_BORDER_ROUTING_DHCP6_PD_ENABLE`
