boards: stm32: pinmux: Restore Kconfig control on pinmux(sdmmc) 



In order to avoid pin configuration conflicts between peripherals,
add CONFIG_DISK_ACCESS_STM32_SDMMC flag to for each SDMMC pinmux
configuration.
