boards: enable UART_INTERRUPT_DRIVEN for i.MX7 and i.MX6 boards 



This patch enables the UART_INTERRUPT_DRIVEN by default for
colibri_imx7d_m4, udoo_neo_full_m4 and warp7_m4 boards.
