Bluetooth: Audio: Remove the BT_AUDIO_CODEC_LC3_QOS macros

The LC3 framed macros were unused.
The LC3 unframe macros only added the 7500/10000
parameter, but since the the 7500/10000 requirement is also
defined by BAP, it makes equally much sense to simply use the BAP
presets.
