drivers: i2c_dw: Convert to use register for RX/TX buffer depth 



RX/TX buffer depth are configurable parameters of DW_apb_i2c.

Change code from using fixed value I2C_DW_FIFO_DEPTH to using
register ic_comp_param_1 for RX/TX buffer depth.
