boards: arm: rpi_pico: Adding spi configuration to rpi_pico 



Add configuration into dts to enable spi0 and spi1.
In default, GP16 to GP19 using by spi0, and GP10 to GP13 using by spi1.
Also, update rpi_pico.yaml to indicate this board supporting spi.
