posix: newlib compatible PTHREAD_CREATE_DETACHED and JOINABLE 



Define `PTHREAD_CREATE_DETACHED` and
`PTHREAD_CREATE_JOINABLE` to be compatible with the Newlib
definitions.

This is a temporary workaround for #51211 until Newlib
headers are pulled in.
