modules: fs: Add reentrant zephyr support 



This commit enables zephyr to configure the FatFs FF_FS_REENTRANT
option and support fs actions from multiple threads.
CONFIG_FS_FATFS_REENTRANT enables the option and provides zephyr
mutex wrappers.
