sensors: add new channel `SENSOR_CHAN_POS_DXYZ` 



Add new channel: `SENSOR_CHAN_POS_DXYZ`, so that it is
consistent with other 3-axis channels.

Updated pytest, `sensor_shell` & `fake_sensor` accordingly.
