drivers: watchdog: wdt_dw: use mmio address in RAM

mmu enabled platform needs mapping of physical address ranges to
the virtual address at runtime. So using DEVICE_MMIO_* helper macros to
map physical csr address space to RAM runtime if MMU is enabled
