tests: lib: multi_heap fix up_squared test failures

Fixes test failures on up_squared caused by ACPI adding to
heap size (K_HEAP_MEM_POOL_SIZE). The test assumed the heap size
always matched the Kconfig CONFIG_HEAP_MEM_POOL_SIZE=256.
