cmake: add support for NXP i.MX 



Xtensa GCC needs a different toolchain per SOC,
so add support for i.MX8.
If SOC_SERIES is imx8, that's for i.MX8QM and
i.MX8QXP.
If SOC_SERIES is imx8m, that's for i.MX8MP.
