drivers: dma: stm32u5: update dma_suspend function

The previous 1ms sleep introduced unnecessary latency
while waiting for the SUSPF flag.
Switching to a 750µs busy-wait provides a more responsive
and precise delay,improving performance in time-sensitive contexts.
