tests: drivers: gpio: Add test for GPIO_ENABLE_DISABLE_INTERRUPT 



Add test for the experimental feature GPIO_ENABLE_DISABLE_INTERRUPT,
which covers APIs gpio_pin_interrupt_enable() and
gpio_pin_interrupt_disable().
