dfu: flash_img: add flash_img_get_upload_slot()

add flash_img_get_upload_slot() to get current
upload slot.
when CONFIG_MCUBOOT_BOOTLOADER_MODE_RAM_LOAD
is enabled, it is not based on the DT.
