Bluetooth: host: Fix option USE_IDENTITY for bt_le_ext_adv_* API 



Fix option USE_IDENTITY for bt_le_ext_adv_* API.
The random static identity address that was set in bt_le_ext_adv_create
was overwritten in bt_le_ext_adv_start in the call to
le_adv_set_private_addr.
