boards: nordic: nrf54h20dk: Enable SPI driver tests in Twister

Add SPI to list of supported periperals by
nrf54h20 Application and Radio core.

This is needed to run following tests in Twister
https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/71677
