Bluetooth: Add identifiers for Bluetooth 5.2

The Bluetooth 5.2 specification was recently released, and has a new
version identifier (11) assigned to it in the Bluetooth Assigned
Numbers.

Relates to commit fa241f02 ("bluetooth: Add decoding for BLE 5.2
version string")
