include: audio: dmic: add DMIC_STATE_ERROR enum

Add DMIC_STATE_ERROR enum. This can be used by DMIC drivers for
instances in which a significant error has occurred (typically when the
DMIC cannot allocate additional buffers for PCM data and starves)
