devicetree: deprecate DT_CHOSEN_ZEPHYR_ENTROPY_LABEL 



Deprecate the macro in favor of DT_LABEL(DT_CHOSEN(zephyr_entropy)), and
promote usage of DEVICE_DT_GET(), where labels are not required.
