drivers: spi: Format SYS_LOG_SPI_LEVEL help nicer

The previous help text rendered as a single paragraph in the Kconfig RST
reference. The new help text renders as a bullet list and matches the
format of SYS_LOG_CRYPTO_LEVEL.
