Bluetooth: Controller: Redundant TIMER_CLEAR_PPI disable 



HAL_SW_SWITCH_TIMER_CLEAR_PPI is same as
HAL_SW_SWITCH_GROUP_TASK_ENABLE_PPI, hence the single PPI
suffice being disabled.
