x86: synchronize usage of CONFIG_X86_STACK_PROTECTION 



Most places use CONFIG_X86_STACK_PROTECTION, but there are some
places using CONFIG_HW_STACK_PROTECTION. So synchronize all
to use CONFIG_X86_STACK_PROTECTION instead.
