scripts: west: explicitly ask for --sectorerase for nRF9160_pca10090 



When flashing nRF9160_pca10090 board with nrfjprog, explicitly
request for --sectorerase, instead of --sectoranduicrerase (used
when flashing boards with nRF52 SOC).
