manifest: update hal_nxp to fix ARRAY_SIZE collision

Updated hal_nxp so that it uses MIN/MAX/ARRAY_SIZE defined in
<zephyr/sys/util.h> when built for Zephyr. Also removed KB() internal
definition from public headers.
