driver: gpio: npcx: simpler approach for GPIO_INT_MODE_DISABLED. 



This CL uses a simpler configuration approach that turns GPIO's
interrupts off instead of calling npcx_miwu_interrupt_configure
with NPCX_MIWU_MODE_DISABLED.
