gpio: add "gpio-reserved-ranges" support to GPIO_PORT_PIN_MASK_XX



Updated the implementation of the GPIO_PORT_PIN_MASK_FROM_DT_NODE and
GPIO_PORT_PIN_MASK_FROM_DT_INST macros to support
"gpio-reserved-ranges" device tree property.
