Bluetooth: Logging: Deprecate `BT_DEBUG_LOG`

Deprecate Kconfig symbol `BT_DEBUG_LOG`. With the new `BT_LOG` having
the same effect, `BT_DEBUG_LOG` is not useful anymore and shouldn't be
used.
