Bluetooth: Host: change error returned when ecred_conn_req 



BT_L2CAP_LE_ERR_INVALID_PARAMS shall be returned instead of
BT_L2CAP_LE_ERR_UNACCEPT_PARAMS.

This was affecting test case L2CAP/ECFC/BV-26-C
