soc: xtensa: nxp_adsp: imx8m: rename soc 



Rename soc to mimx8ml8 to link this board to the
MIMX8ML8 device from nxp_hal/mcux/mcux-sdk/.

We need this in order to use the drivers from mcux-sdk.
